Juvenile

Juvenile

If your child is involved in a juvenile delinquency case, that means he or she is accused of breaking the law.

Consult with Laura Anderson for these delicate matters.

Parental Responsibilities

You have legal obligations as a parent (or guardian). You may also be personally liable for any harm that your child does. If the court demands “restitution,” you will have to reimburse the victim. Restitution is money to compensate for your child’s damages or harm. You may need to pay for what your child stole, for instance, or the victim’s medical expenses or missed wages.

Parents Accused of Abuse or Neglect

Parents Accused of Child Abuse or Neglect should seek legal counsel immediately.  While the allegations are civil, anything said or done can negatively affect the parent, and at times implicate themselves criminally.
